Dr Oz on bruxism remedies


As Dr Oz explains in the video, he proposes the following solutions when suffering from teeth grinding:

  • Use a mouth guard – Oz recommends trying out different night guards to find one that fits your teeth
  • Proper bedtime hygiene – avoid technology, coffee (from 2 PM onwards!), alcohol, etc before going to bed
  • Do relaxing excercices to reduce stress in your jaw muscles.
